  • ISAAC JACOBSON
    Managing Director
    Isaac Jacobson brings a wealth of executive experience and professional relationships, having assembled top tier executive teams and boards of directors for technology companies, syndicating venture capital, and buying and selling companies throughout his career. He has held board seats and executive C-suite positions with media and technology corporations such as theDial.com, Digonex Technologies, MusicRebellion, Digital Kiosk Technologies, Humanizing Technologies, eTAGZ.com, VisiSite.com, EMGtv, Telegenic, EventsPass, SymbiAutic Technologies and renTech.

    In addition to building and growing technology companies, Mr. Jacobson has had ownership interests across other sectors including, professional sports teams and import-export companies working within Mexico, China and the United Kingdom.

    Mr. Jacobson is dedicated to his community, having established or served on numerous non-profit boards including; Snow College Foundation Board, UVU Foundation Board, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and The Living Well Project.
  • ED BRUNO
    Managing Director
    Bruno is a pure champion of people and sales, spending the last 27 years developing the art of selling. He has sold pre-in-post spot time for the NFL and MLB, managed an 80-person sales team for the Howard Stern Radio Network, Rush Limbaugh, G. Gordon Liddy and Rick Dees revenuing over $400M annually. Executed event marketing programs and non-traditional revenue opportunities across a multitude of venues and on-site spectacles. He was involved with promoting Kenny Chesney, Tobey Keith, Dierks Bentley and other country artists with his Seattle-based country station KAYO, The South Sounds Choice for Country. KAYO-FM ultimately sold to Bustos Spanish Media in 2005 for a $20M exit.. Bruno was a pioneer in the streaming media space during the dot.com explosion as he co-developed theDial.com, a syndicated on-line radio network with 186 streaming affiliate partners, promoting original content deploying a new, first ever :15 second interactive audio ad platform; which he was later instrumental in selling to Loudeye Technologies. Over the last 14 years he has been Partner/Managing Director in Accelerate Ventures incubating promising companies like: eTAGZ, Spectrum FS, VisiSite™, ToolShed™, TELEGENIC™, EventsPass and renTech. Bruno was voted into the 40 under 40 Club in the Seattle Business Examiner in 2005. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications and Master’s Degrees in Rhetoric and English from Oregon State University.

  • ANDREW BRADY
    Director
    Andrew Brady MBA, has been involved in accounting and financial analysis for over 10 years, developing a strong practical experience in financial analysis, corporate entity structure, capital formation, operational management and accounting in many business types and models. Andrew has developed financial models for emerging businesses as well as analytical tools for continued evaluation of existing businesses and goal achievement specifically for capital raise and repositioning or companies for growth through multiple stage rounds.

    Andrew has built and sold multiple accounting firms around the principle of detail and accurate financial reporting helps business move forward on the correct path. Andrew has helped companies from recording their first transactions to preparing Audit documents for M&A and IPO events, building both external and internal financial reporting metrics and presentations. On a personal note Andrew enjoys the outdoors and is an avid scouter.
  • Ed Kleist
    Director
    Ed Kleist has over 25 years of executive experience. He has earned the CPA designation and was a senior Audit Manager with Deloitte and has served as CFO and COO of several private companies (as well as multiple family offices). Each family represented a different challenge and opportunity. He was responsible for all aspects of the family office ranging from administrative back office to investment management.

    Given the diversity of the families, he has been exposed to all asset classes, including direct real estate and operating companies. Often acting as the interim COO/CFO. He holds his series 7 & 66 licenses and in addition to his family office roles has had various positions with private banks and Investment management firms. He has the unique combination of accounting, management and investment expertise. He continues to be a trusted adviser and consultant to HNW individuals and their families. Ed is married and the father of 4 children. His hobbies range from golf to skiing.
